I don't even have time to post as regularly as I would like on my other blog, mostly about Blakely in Indiana, INCourts. But here goes with what I hope to be a cooperative blog venture. Although I will post from time to time, I invite all to email me posts about interesting habeas developments, questions, or problems; and I will post what I can of the email with attribution and return emails. I guess we'll see whether this attempt at a permanent location for a habeas carnival works.
